Radial piston motor for wheel drives
MCR-F


 

Bosch Rexroth MCR-F radial piston motors have a rear case mounting and flange shaft. These motors are intended for wheel drives in open or closed circuits. Common applications include: municipal vehicles, fork-lift trucks, agricultural and forestry machines. The integrated flange with wheel studs allows easy installation of standard wheel rims.

Radial piston motor for heavy duty wheel drives
MCR-W

 



Bosch Rexroth MCR-W radial piston motors have a rear case mounting and wheel flange shaft. These motors are intended for heavy-duty wheel drives in open or closed circuits.

 

They are specially designed to withstand the most demanding conditions in applications including fork-lift trucks, agricultural and forestry machines.

 

Fitted with stronger shaft and bearings, the MCR-W provides a 60 percent increase in radial load capacity compared to standard radial piston motors. The integrated wheel flange with studs allows easy installation of standard wheel rim.

Radial piston motor for compact drives
MCR-C

 



Bosch Rexroth MCR-C radial piston motors have a rear case mounting and flanged drive shaft. These motors have a compact front housing and are intended for drives in open or closed circuits. They are commonly used in applications where there is lower external loading. The integrated flange with wheel studs allows easy installation of standard wheel rims.

 

MCR-C motors come in one frame size: MCR20C. Displacements range from 1750 cc/rev. to 3000 cc/rev. Differential pressure is up to 450 bar, torque output is up to 19099 Nm and speeds are up to 125 rpm. See the “Technical Data” tab for more details.

Bosch Rexroth MCR-A motors are radial piston motors with a front case mounting and splined drive shaft.These motors are intended for open or closed circuit operations as drive motors for the chain drive function – primarily on skid steer loaders. MCR-A motors can be used for a variety of applications depending on the attachment that can be mounted on the spline shaft of the motor (e.g. gear drive, sprocket, chain drive).

The Bosch Rexroth MCR-S motor is a compact radial piston motor with front case mounting and sprocket shaft. It is intended for open or closed circuit operations as drive motors for chain drive functions. MCR-S motors can be used in a wide range of applications such as municipal vehicles, agricultural and forestry machines however, but are most commonly found in skid steer loaders.

MCR-R




The Bosch Rexroth MCR-R radial piston motor is for hydraulic drive assist on a vehicle axle.The motor comes in frame size, MCR10R with displacements of 780 cc/rev and 1120 cc/rev. Differential pressure is up to 450 bar, torque output is up to 6420 Nm, drive speed up to 215 rpm and freewheel speeds are up to 600 rpm. See the “Technical Data” tab for more details.

Bosch Rexroth MCR-D radial piston motors have a front case mounting and parallel shaft with key. Series MCR-D and MCR-E motors have the same type of rotary group and rear case assembly but have different front case mountings.


These motors are intended for open or closed circuit operations as drive motors for various industrial applications. MCR-D motors come in frame sizes: MCR3D | MCR5D | MCR10D.
