Sunfab Anti-cavaitation Valve, To Suit SCM 84-130cc with V1 Rear Cover
Sunfab’s anti-cavitation valve is designed to minimize the risk of cavitation damage caused by insufficient inlet pressure in hydraulic systems.
This valve is particularly useful in applications with large rotating masses and extended run-down times, such as fan operations, where pressure fluctuations can lead to cavitation. It is compatible with hydraulic motors that have a defined direction of rotation and can be adapted for both left and right rotation.
How It Works
The valve features a check valve between the pressure and return ports, which opens if the inlet pressure becomes too low, ensuring a continuous oil flow to the motor. To function effectively, the system must maintain a specific back pressure in the return line, which, if needed, can be regulated using a back-pressure valve.
