Marchesini 3/8" Flow Control Valve Bi-Directional (with-out check)
This bidirectional flow control valve is designed to regulate actuator speed in both directions, offering high adjustment accuracy for precise flow control. Pressure compensation is not provided, meaning flow rate is influenced by pressure variations and oil viscosity.
Engineered for durability and reliability, the valve features a zinc-plated steel body, hardened and ground internal components, and BUNA N standard seals. The needle-type leakage control system ensures minimal leakage when closed, enhancing efficiency and performance.
For proper installation, one port connects to the supply and the other to the actuator to control flow. When used with actuators featuring double pilot check valves, the VRFB 90° model should be installed between the actuator and the double pilot check valve. Flow adjustment is achieved by rotating the plastic hand knob after loosening the side locking screw, allowing for fine-tuned and accurate control.
