Marchesini 1/4" BSP Dual Pilot Operated Check Valve
The Pilot Check Valve is designed to block the cylinder in both directions, ensuring secure positioning and controlled operation in hydraulic systems. It allows free flow in one direction, while the reverse direction remains blocked until pilot pressure is applied, providing precise control over actuator movement.
Constructed for durability and reliability, it features a zinc-plated steel body, hardened and ground internal components, and BUNA N standard seals. Its guided poppet design ensures negligible leakage, enhancing system efficiency.
For proper installation, connect ports V1 and V2 to the supply, and ports C1 and C2 to the actuator. This setup ensures secure cylinder locking while allowing for controlled release when pilot pressure is applied.
