Marchesini 1/4" BSP Dual Pilot Operated Check Valve, 12L Pipe Mounting
The Pilot Check Valve is designed to block the actuator in both directions, providing secure load holding and controlled movement in hydraulic systems. It allows free flow in one direction, while the reverse direction remains blocked until pilot pressure is applied, ensuring precise actuator control.
Engineered for easy cylinder assembly, this valve is simple to install and can be supplied with custom fitting kits upon request for mounting on cylinders with specific centre distances.
Constructed for durability and reliability, it features a zinc-plated steel body, hardened and ground internal components, and BUNA N standard seals. The guided poppet design ensures negligible leakage, enhancing efficiency and long-term performance.
For installation, connect ports V1 and V2 to the supply and ports C1 and C2 to the actuator using a pipe connection.
