Marchesini 1/4" BSP Double Overcentre Valve

This double-acting load control valve is designed to regulate actuator movement and securely lock it in both directions, preventing uncontrolled load descent and ensuring smooth, stable operation. By eliminating cavitation, the valve enhances safety and efficiency, preventing the load’s weight from causing unwanted movement.

Type “A” differs in connection positions and pilot ratio, offering versatility for various hydraulic applications. Built for durability and performance, it features a zinc-plated steel body, hardened and ground internal components, and BUNA N standard seals. The guided poppet design ensures negligible leakage, while the standard pressure setting of 320 Bar provides reliable load control. To function correctly, the valve setting must be at least 1.3 times greater than the load pressure, ensuring proper closure under maximum load conditions.

For installation, connect V1 and V2 to the supply, and C1 and C2 to the actuator to be controlled. This valve is designed for in-line mounting and is an ideal solution for hydraulic systems requiring precise load management and actuator control.
