Marchesini 1/2" BSP Dual Overtcentre Valve Flangeable To OMP/OMR Style Motor With Brake Release Port
The Motor Control Valve is designed to regulate motor rotation and securely block it in both directions, ensuring smooth operation and precise load control. By preventing cavitation, this valve eliminates the risk of the motor’s inertia carrying the load away, enhancing stability and safety in hydraulic systems.
Featuring a direct flange design, it is specifically optimized for Danfoss OMP-OMR motors, providing maximum safety, minimal pressure drops, and a robust installation.
Built for durability and reliability, it features a zinc-plated steel body, hardened and ground internal components, and BUNA N standard seals. The guided poppet design ensures negligible leakage, while the standard pressure setting of 320 Bar guarantees secure load holding. To function effectively, the valve setting must be at least 1.3 times greater than the load pressure, ensuring proper closure even under maximum load conditions.
For installation, connect V1 and V2 to the supply and flange C1 and C2 directly to the motor.
