The Z2FS is a twin throttle check valve in a compact sandwich plate design, engineered to control flow in one or two actuator ports. Ideal for both main and pilot flow limitation, this valve allows precise throttling in one direction while ensuring free return flow in the opposite.
The Z2FS features two symmetrical throttle check valves, enabling flexible installation either in the supply or discharge side of your hydraulic system. Throttling is achieved by adjusting a setscrew that alters the position of the throttle spool, allowing you to fine-tune the flow rate.
When flow returns from the actuator, the integrated check valve mechanism automatically opens to permit unrestricted reverse flow, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
