Dana Brevini Cetop 5 (NG10) Single Pressure Relief Valve on A & B lines 250 Bar
The Dana Brevini AM5VM series offers a range of pressure regulating valves designed for precise control within an operating range of 7 to 350 bar. These valves are available with adjustment via grub screw or plastic knob, providing flexibility for various hydraulic applications.
There are three main versions of the AM5VM valve:
- AM5VM – For single A or B lines, or double A and B lines, with drainage to port T
- AM5VMP – For single P line applications, with drainage to port T
- AM5VI – For single A or B lines, or double A and B lines, with crossed drainage to either A or B (refer to hydraulic symbols for configuration)
Each version can be fitted with three different spring types, each offering specific calibrated pressure ranges, as detailed in the unit specifications.
The AM5VM and AM5VMP versions use a piloted operation cartridge (CMP30) for smooth pressure control, while the AM5VI version utilizes a direct-acting cartridge (CMP20) for responsive regulation.
To determine the minimum permissible pressure setting, refer to the minimum pressure setting curve based on the spring installed.
