Dana Brevini Cetop 3 (NG6) 4/2 Valve All Ports Blocked 110V AC
The Dana Brevini NG6 directional control valves are designed for subplate mounting and conform to the UNI ISO 4401-03-02-0-94 standard (formerly CETOP R 35 H 4.2-4-03). These valves are ideal for a wide range of hydraulic applications thanks to their high flow capacity, pressure resistance, and compact overall dimensions.
Featuring solenoids with wet armatures, the NG6 valves are built with a safe and practical construction, eliminating the need for dynamic seals. The solenoid tube is screwed directly onto the valve body, while the coil is securely fastened with a lock nut for easy installation and maintenance.
The valves are engineered with precisely machined ports and optimized spools, allowing for high flow rates with minimal pressure drop (Δp). Calibrated return springs ensure accurate spool repositioning to the center or end-of-travel positions after actuation, guaranteeing reliable operation.
Designed for use with DIN 51524 standard hydraulic mineral oils, the valves require filtration to NAS 1638 class 10, ß25≥75, to maintain peak performance and system longevity.
